Job description
My client, a well-established Waikato firm, is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its growing disputes team. This role offers steady, high-quality commercial and civil litigation work in a supportive and well-structured environment. About the Role You’ll manage your own litigation files while working with senior practitioners on more complex matters. Work will include contractual disputes, debt recovery, construction-related claims, insurance issues, shareholder matters, and general civil litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial litigation, preferably in New Zealand, and a strong understanding of the NZ Courts system. You should be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and have excellent communication skills.
