A rare opportunity for a law firm litigation partner to join a leading international professional services firm in a senior in-house lawyer role, focused on conflicts, claims, and complaints across a dynamic and expanding global footprint.

The role will involve analysing and resolving a wide range of conflicts issues across the firm, including commercial and regulatory matters. You will work closely with a dedicated conflicts team, liaise with partners outside the UK, and contribute to the evolution of the firm’s escalation processes. You will also oversee claims made against the firm, helping to shape strategy and settlement approaches, and engage with external counsel and insurers. Complaints handling will form part of the remit, requiring independent investigation and regulatory liaison, particularly in complex third-party scenarios.
