We are assisting a nationally respected commercial law firm in their search for a litigation associate to join their high-performing Auckland team. With a strong reputation for strategic, commercially focused litigation and a collaborative team culture, this is a superb opportunity for a mid-level litigator ready to take the next step in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You’ll join a team that works on a wide variety of matters across civil, commercial and regulatory litigation. From advising on contractual disputes and tortious claims through to contentious regulatory and insolvency matters, this is a role offering both complexity and variety.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drafting pleadings, submissions, and legal opinions
• Managing discovery and court documentation processes
• Working across a range of disputes, including commercial contracts, insolvency, property, and regulatory matters
• Attending mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances as appropriate
• Engaging with a high-quality client base, including national corporates and private clients
• Collaborating in a close-knit team with access to senior partners and mentoring
