Job Responsibilities: 1, Project Acquisition (Deal Sourcing) * Continuously digging up high-quality blockchain projects (DeFi / AI / Meme / Infra, etc.) * Establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with project parties, VCs, incubators, and KOLs * Building a stable Deal Flow channel 2, Project Evaluation (Deal Evaluation) * Conducting preliminary analysis of projects (narrative, team, tokenomics, community, etc.) * Collaborating with the investment research team to complete due diligence * Judging whether a project has the potential to be listed 3, Business Promotion (Execution) * Leading project landing negotiations (fees, market resources, activity support, etc.) * Driving project completion through internal processes (law, technology, operations) * Ensuring projects are launched on time 4, Relationship Management * Maintaining core project parties and ecosystem partner relationships * Continuously tracking the performance of already listed projects * Uncovering secondary cooperation opportunities Core Requirements: 1, Must-Have Conditions * Understanding the underlying logic of the blockchain industry * Having actual project coordination experience * Familiarity with mainstream tracks (DeFi / Meme / AI / L2, etc.) * Ability to independently complete project analysis and judgment * Good English communication skills (able to coordinate with overseas projects) 2, Performance and Incentives * ...
