Liquidity / Financial Risk Specialist

For our client – an international bank expanding its operations in Poland – we are looking for a specialist to join the team responsible for financial risk, liquidity, and balance sheet management.

This role is for individuals with experience in Financial Risk, Liquidity Risk, ALM, or Treasury, who wish to develop in an international environment and have a real impact on decision-making regarding the bank's risk profile and financing strategy.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analysis of liquidity risk and interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB)

• Assessment of risk exposure compliance with internal limits and regulatory requirements

• Participation in the development and maintenance of liquidity, ALM, and financial risk management frameworks

• Collaboration with Treasury and Finance teams regarding the assessment of financing plans and new business initiatives

• Preparation of analyses, reports, and recommendations for risk committees and senior management

• Participation and coordination of the ILAAP process

• Conducting stress tests and scenario analyses

• Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with KNF, EBA, ECB, and CRR3 requirements

• Supporting initiatives related to balance sheet management and optimization of the bank's risk profile

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Financial Risk, Liquidity Risk, ALM, Treasury Risk, or a related field

• Experience gained in a commercial bank, mortgage bank, cooperative bank, or another financial institution

• Knowledge of issues related to liquidity management, balance sheet, and interest rate risk

• Good knowledge of banking regulations and supervisory requirements

• Ability to analyze data and draw business conclusions

• Communicative knowledge of English
