Page Personnel The candidate inserted within the organizational structure will be responsible for: - Autonomous management of medical malpractice claims. - Documentary and legal-medical analysis of files. - Interface with healthcare structures, legal firms, experts, and trusted physicians. - Damage assessment and definition of technical reserves. - Negotiation and liquidation of the claim, even in pre-judicial phase. - Report writing and updating of management systems. The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in medical malpractice claims liquidation. - In-depth knowledge of healthcare and insurance regulations. - Ability to read and interpret clinical documentation. - Excellent relational and negotiation skills. - Law, Economics or related degree; appreciated training in the health sector.
