Job description

Genus Infrastructure Tasmania is an Electrical Contractor specialising in overhead powerlines and underground power distribution systems. We are expanding our operations and have a host of exciting Glove & Barrier Linesperson positions available in Tasmania.

Position Requirements

  • Industry experience within the Electrical Supply Industry or Electrical Contracting.
  • Previous experience working in this type of role
  • Certificate III ESI - Distribution Overhead
  • Hold a current Tasmania Electrical Work Licence
  • Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence MR (minimum), HR desirable or ability to obtain
  • Hold a current High Risk Work Licence with WP, CV, DG, RB and LF as a minimum. C2 is desirable
  • First Aid and White Construction Card
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work away from home
  • Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and regular drug and alcohol testing
