Line Operator

In Job S.p.A. - Career Center di Parma selects LINE OPERATORS / MACHINE CONDUCTORS for a packaging food company operating in Fontanellato (PR). Responsibilities include: Conduction and monitoring of automatic machines for plastic/carton food container stamping and packaging; Loading/unloading materials and controlling machine parameters; Changing formats and adjusting settings based on production specifications; Quality control of finished products (with visual and instrumental verification); Performing minor maintenance and reporting equipment failures to the technical department; Compiling production records and respecting safety and quality procedures; Collaborating with the production team to achieve production goals. Requirements: Previous experience, even brief, in a productive or automated environment in the food, chemical, plastic, or metal-mechanical sectors; Good manual skills and knowledge of basic measurement tools; Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments; Availability for night shifts; Desired management of a team.

Characteristics of the offer: Initial employment contract through an agency with the possibility of extensions and subsequent direct hiring + meal vouchers; Location: Fontanellato (PR); Availability: Full-time on shifts (including nights) 06.00/14.00 or 14.00/22.00 or 22.00/06.00.
