Line Mechanic – Power & Infrastructure (Queenstown)
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Line Mechanic to join a high-performing team delivering essential electrical infrastructure services. This is a dynamic, outdoor role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving power and lighting networks across the region for a well-established organisation.
About the RoleIn this role, you’ll be working across a variety of projects involving electrical network infrastructure, including overhead and underground systems, streetlighting, and associated assets.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical distribution networks
- Supporting planned upgrades, reactive maintenance, and outage response
- Working collaboratively to deliver jobs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Completing job documentation, safety checks, and timesheets accurately
- Participating in after-hours and on-call work when required
What You’ll BringWe’re keen to hear from motivated tradespeople who take pride in quality work and safety.
You’ll ideally have:
- NZ EWRB registration
- Line Mechanic or relevant electrical trade qualification
- Full Class 1 driver's licence
- Willingness to work in different locations and environments when needed
