Job description
Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of production line operators to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor production outputs and quality standards to meet customer requirements. Train new employees on job duties, safety procedures, and quality control measures. Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during production. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure overall efficiency.
