Adecco For our customer in Pratteln(Baselland) we are looking for a Line Leader in the Food Industry (m/w/d) 80-100%. Tasks - Setting up, operating and monitoring complex filling and packaging lines, especially suction cup systems - Independent setting up and adjusting of suction cup systems - Troubleshooting, identifying and correcting errors, and optimizing weak points on the assigned line - Ensuring compliance with performance, quality, safety, and hygiene regulations - Leading and guiding assigned personnel at the line - Supporting technology during revision and maintenance work - Conducting and documenting process controls

Profile - Completed technical training is a must - Training as a plant leader or line leader is desirable. - Professional experience in the cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, packaging, or chemical industry would be an advantage. - Experience with suction cup systems would be a significant advantage - Reliable, self-reliant, and forward-thinking personality with high personal responsibility - Teamwork and leadership skills. - Responsible and precise working style - German language skills in writing and speaking - Willingness for shift and weekend work - Early shift: 05:45 - 14:30 - Late shift: 14:15 - 23:00 - Night shift and Saturday work may be necessary with increased order volume.
