Job description
What We’re Looking For
- Proven kitchen experience – minimum 3 years in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Reliability, excellent time management, and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Qualifications: Level 3 Certificate, City & Guilds, or equivalent experience
- NZ work permit required.
Hours:
35-45 hours, including evenings and weekends.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking grilled and fried menu items to the highest standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
