For this client, we are looking for a line responsible who wants to make a difference on the shop floor. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that a production line for fresh bakery products runs smoothly and efficiently. Your tasks: • Starting up, adjusting and closing down the production line independently. • Detecting and (helping to) resolve technical issues. • Ensuring that the product quality meets the required standards. • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. • Collaborating with colleagues to optimize processes and improve productivity. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. • Toezien op het naleven van de veiligheidsregels en -voorschriften. • Zorgen voor een goede communicatie met collega's, teamleiders en andere stakeholders. • Bijdragen aan het creëren van een positieve werkcultuur.
