As part of continued growth within its Light Ends and Refined Products franchise, the firm is seeking experienced Naphtha Brokers to join established desks across APAC, EMEA and the Americas, with key hiring focus in Singapore and core international energy hubs.

With deep liquidity, longstanding institutional relationships and global execution infrastructure, this opportunity offers brokers immediate access to market flow within a recognised energy brokerage platform.

The Role – Naphtha / Light Ends Broking

As a Naphtha Broker, you will:

• Broker Naphtha (Light Ends) swaps, forwards, options and related energy derivatives
• Service oil majors, trading houses, commodity funds and institutional counterparties
• Maintain and grow an existing client portfolio while identifying new business opportunities
• Provide timely execution and market colour across Naphtha and wider refined products markets
• Monitor pricing spreads, arbitrage dynamics and macro drivers across the Light Ends complex
• Utilise research platforms such as Bloomberg and Reuters to support client discussions
• Collaborate with global desks to enhance cross-product and cross-regional opportunities
• Work closely with on-boarding and compliance teams to open and maintain client lines

Experience & Profile

We would welcome discussions with candidates who have:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Naphtha / Light Ends Broker within an IDB, FCM or brokerage environment
• Strong understanding of energy derivatives, refined petroleum products and physical-linked markets
• Established relationships with oil majors, trading houses, funds or institutional clients
• Proven revenue generation within Naphtha or adjacent refined products markets
• Commercially driven mindset with strong client management skills
• Ability to operate within a fast-paced, execution-led brokerage environment
