We are seeking an experienced Lifting Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lifting operations on site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of lifting operations on site; • Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices; • Collaborate with other site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with lifting operations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management); • At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Lifting Foreman or similar role; • Proven track record of successfully managing lifting operations on site; • Strong understanding of project-based logistics, site operations, and material movements; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
