We are seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of lifts on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of lifts on site, in accordance with company policies and industry standards. • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the lifts are in good working condition. • Develop and implement procedures for lift operations, including training and supervision of site personnel. • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any issues or concerns related to lift operations. • Provide technical support and guidance to site teams on lift-related matters. • Maintain accurate records of lift inspections, maintenance, and repairs. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management). • At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on lift operations or related fields. • Proven track record of successfully supervising lift operations on construction sites. • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
