Hosco Horstmann Hotels Group, a historic and structured hotel group in Limone sul Garda, following an important organizational process, is seeking a LIFESTYLE, SPORT, ANIMATION & ENTERTAINMENT MANAGER. Prepared and experienced individual in the tourism-hotel sector, passionate and ready to join the Team and actively contribute. We are looking for a motivated person, able to support the Group project and bring their own experience to contribute to continuous improvement. Job description: - Under the direction of the Corporate Operations Manager and in collaboration with the Sales & Mktg Department, the Representative will have the task of participating in development projects, actively taking care of operational matters, coordination, and supervision of all activities related to recreational programs, animation, and entertainment for guests. - Always under the direction of the Corporate Operations Manager, they must ensure that all activities related to the image of the Group's structures (cartellonistica, folders, depliants, amenities, visual supports, etc.) are consistent with what is provided. The goal is to guarantee a high level of guest satisfaction through a range of quality and diversified activities for all ages. - Report on activity progress with periodic reports. Skills: Knowledge of the role and experience of at least 3 years in the sector. Knowledge of Italian and English; German language knowledge is welcome. Marketing Tourism and communication skills. Characteristics and requirements: Effective communication, synthesis capacity, and proactivity. Adaptability accompanied by leadership and problem-solving.
