Life Skills Coach & Trainer

You will also be able to be involved in the end-to-end execution of our programs. What you will do: * Design and deliver life skills training programs for adults with disabilities. * Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to support participants in developing essential life skills, including but not limited to: * Communication * Financial literacy * Independent living * Social skills * Emotional regulation * Develop and maintain training materials, curriculum, and assessments. * Monitor participant progress and provide regular feedback and support. * Collaborate with other team members, including job coaches, to ensure holistic support for participants. * Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, such as caregivers, employers, and community organizations. * Track and report on program outcomes and impact. * Continuously improve and innovate training programs based on participant feedback and best practices. What you should have: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, education, or a related discipline. * At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a coaching or training capacity. * Strong understanding of disability issues, including the challenges and opportunities faced by adults with disabilities. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. * Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs. * Ability to adapt training materials and methods to meet the diverse needs of participants. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * A passion for empowering people with disabilities and making a positive social impact. Bonus points: * Experience in vocational training or employment support. * Knowledge of assistive technology. * Certification in a relevant coaching or training methodology. * Fluency in a second language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil).
