Life Insurance SME: Process Transformation Lead

R Systems Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert to enhance business operations within a leading insurance organization. The role is pivotal in driving process improvements, implementing new products, and ensuring the successful delivery of changes. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Life Insurance Operations, with strong skills in business analysis, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing. The position offers a 12-month contract in Singapore that requires the candidate to work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement process transformations. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of changes, and the ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading process transformation initiatives, developing business cases, and implementing new processes and systems. The position also requires the candidate to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems. In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience in data analysis, process mapping, and workflow design. The selected candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results.
