Life Cycle Product Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced person to strengthen our team at the location in Stuttgart (hybrid) for the life cycle management and technical support as well as further development of existing products. Our customer is a globally established key player in the medical technology sector, developing and producing high-precision systems for applications in the regulated healthcare environment.

Tasks

• Maintenance of a strategic key account in the area of series production-related topics
• Coordination and processing of customer inquiries including workload, cost, and time estimates in coordination with departments
• Steering of CAPAs, complaints, deviations, LCM, and change projects in close cooperation with quality management and development
• Self-led leadership of projects such as aging studies, material changes or lifespan extensions, including coordination with laboratories and departments
• Interface management between key account, internal departmental units, and suppliers, ensuring the implementation

Qualification

• Techincal or natural science degree, e.g. medical technology, industrial engineering, technical product design, or biotechnology
• +2 years of professional experience in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in technical project or customer management, ideally in the LCM environment
• Familiarity with injection molding or mechanical product knowledge is an advantage
