Are you at home in real estate accounting, do you have a flair for numbers and appreciate independent, precise work?

For our real estate management in Basel, we are looking for an experienced and reliable personality to independently manage the accounting for their own real estate portfolio.

Your Tasks

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Recording, booking, and paying of creditors
• Monthly bank reconciliations and rent receivable statements
• Dunning and enforcement proceedings
• Utility and ancillary cost statements
• Annual financial statements for the properties managed
• AHV (social security) statements and wage certificates for part-time janitors
• Contact with owners and tenants

We work largely digitally with AbaImmo from Abacus, a digital creditor workflow, and process payments directly from the ERP.

What You Bring

• Commercial apprenticeship and experience in real estate accounting
• Strong flair for numbers and good accounting understanding
• Precise, structured, and reliable way of working
• Independence and sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good Excel and Office skills
• Experience with AbaImmo/Abacus is a big plus
• Pleasure in working together in a small team
