Real Estate Accountant 80-100% (m/f/d)

As a regionally leading real estate service provider in Wädenswil, we cover various core competencies such as property management, sales, initial leasing, construction trusteeship, appraisal, and consulting.

Area of responsibility:

• Independent management of real estate accounts for a diverse portfolio
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Account reconciliation and monitoring of accounts receivable/payable
• Support with budget planning and liquidity management
• Contact person for owners, tenants, and internal departments on accounting matters
• Dunning and collection procedures
• Preparation of VAT returns for opted properties
• Answering phone calls on the main number and in the ring system

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent qualification, ideally with further education in accounting
• Professional experience in real estate accounting or the real estate sector is an advantage
• Experience with VAT (opted properties) is an advantage
• Knowledge of the GaraioREM software is an advantage
• Careful, structured, and independent working style
• Fluent German, other languages are an advantage
