Job description
We are looking for a new company producing parts for electric vehicles.
Change Leader in Department of Infrastructure Maintenance
Tasks:
- Organizing work of technicians
- Maintenance of installation: electrical, HVAC, compressed air, cooling, water, technical gases and machines and production lines
- Planning and prioritization of preventive and repair actions
- Surveillance over quality and timeliness of performed works
- Coordination of cooperation with service companies and receiving services
- Leading technical documentation, inspections and measurements
- Reporting requirements for parts, tools and materials
- Enforcing occupational health and safety regulations, LOTO and operational procedures
- Reporting performance, failures and malfunctions
- Leading training sessions for employees
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team responsible for infrastructure maintenance or production flow
- Middle-level technical education (preferably: electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
- Familiarity with industrial systems and installations: electrical, HVAC, compressed air, cooling, water, technical gases
- Able to read technical documentation
- Availability for shift work
