Job description
5 years of experience in the field of quality, engineering, production or related technical environment. Experience in leading a team with an emphasis on development, feedback and coaching. Very good knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of quality management systems and risk-based approaches. Knowledge of advanced problem-solving methods. Ability to combine quality results with costs, timeliness and business impact. Ability to build trust, responsibility and accountability. Ability to analyze complex situations and make decisions. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
