Job Description The Inatel is recruiting a Specialist to work as technical project leader in software development projects at the Inatel Competence Center - ICC. Responsibilities and assignments Lead technically teams and software development projects; Act on defining technical solutions aligned with business needs, considering scalability, reliability, security, availability, and performance requirements; Define, document, and validate logical and executable architectures for software systems; Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives; Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports; Ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, and best practices; Participate in the development of new technologies and tools; Provide guidance and support to team members; Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects; Analyze and resolve technical issues; Coordinate and manage project timelines and resources; Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders; Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners; Monitor and control project expenses; Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations; Participate in the development of new technologies and tools; Provide guidance and support to team members; Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects; Analyze and resolve technical issues; Coordinate and manage project timelines and resources; Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders; Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners; Monitor and control project expenses; Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
