Job Summary

We are looking for the role of Technical Development Leader

You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing technical solutions for various projects. You will have charge of preparing technical requirements for data structures and validating information generated in local databases, ensuring their integrity and reliability. Additionally, you will actively participate in projects, parameterize functionalities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, comprehending the operation in depth.

As for soft-skills, experience in coordination with providers is key for this figure to carry out its role

Key Responsibilities

• Architect solutions end-to-end
• Integrations with components
• Interfaces
• Connecting to legacy systems
• Tech knowledge in ecommerce processes (API management, logs, etc)
• Monitor the life cycle of applications and components, ensuring updates and continuous improvements to the application ecosystem.
• Collaborate and define the design and scope of applications, using the latest enterprise architecture standards.
• Structure and monitor work plans with internal and external software development teams.
• Investigate and propose new technologies and trends.
• Coordinate security and compliance requirements
• Manage resources and activities of the team to ensure that solutions are developed according to the defined planning
• Supervise the development of team activities to ensure that solutions are built meeting architecture and quality standards defined
• Perform analysis of incidents that occur in developed solutions to identify root cause and generate actions with your team

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements

• +3 years of experience in software development and system integration.
• Solid experience in architecting end-to-end solutions.
• Dominance in the design and implementation of integrations with APIs, components, and interfaces.
• Tech knowledge of ecommerce processes, including log management, service monitoring, API consumption, and exposure.
• Ability to connect and maintain integrations with legacy systems.
• Experience leading small or medium-sized development teams, defining work plans, and supervising technical deliverables.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and data structure validation.
• Able to propose technical solutions viable considering impact, scalability, security, and implementation time.
• Experience in coordination with technology providers (indispensable)
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture standards.
• Experience managing the life cycle of applications, from development to continuous improvement and maintenance.
• Ability to communicate clearly and technically.
