What are we looking for?

• Technical Project Lead with experience leading the technical execution of IT projects, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
• More than 5 years of experience leading technical teams and technology projects of medium or high complexity.
• Solid technical experience in one of the following enterprise technologies: Core Banking, Payment Platforms, Microservices and APIs, Cloud, ETL (Ab Initio), Mainframe (Unisys ClearPath), or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of the operation, regulation, and main technological challenges of the financial sector in Mexico.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary development, analysis, and QA teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Advanced English.
• Desirable previous experience with banking institutions.
• Desirable experience in IT consulting firms and Agile, Scrum, or PMI certifications.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Technically lead the execution of technological projects for clients in the banking sector, ensuring the quality of solutions and the achievement of project objectives.
• Define and validate the technical solution with architects and specialists, transforming business requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate and provide support to the technical team during the development, implementation, and release of solutions.
• Manage technical risks, identify roadblocks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Client Delivery Manager to align technical progress, risks, and client expectations.
• Supervise the technical quality of deliverables through code reviews, testing, documentation, and best development practices.
• Participate in effort estimation, technical planning, and definition of new initiatives or evolutions.
• Promote compliance with architecture standards, security, change control, and best practices within financial sector projects.
