Senior Azure Technical Lead

Lead and coordinate technical teams responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of Microsoft Azure-based solutions, ensuring the adoption of best practices in architecture, security, automation, and cloud governance. Ensure that technological solutions contribute to the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives, maintaining high standards of quality, availability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Act as a liaison between technical teams, business areas, project leaders, and other involved parties, facilitating communication and alignment of technological initiatives with institutional needs.

Required Certifications:

Hold at least one of the following current certifications:

• ITIL v4
• Scrum Master

Specific Objectives:

• Lead implementation, modernization, and operation initiatives for platforms on Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure the correct adoption of cloud services under criteria of security, availability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of technological projects.
• Promote the adoption of best practices in cloud architecture, automation, observability, and governance.
• Ensure the alignment of technological solutions with institutional standards and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate engineering, infrastructure, operations, and development teams that use Microsoft Azure services.
• Design, validate, and oversee cloud-based solution architectures.
• Establish technical guidelines for the implementation and operation of cloud services.
• Ensure the quality, security, availability, and scalability of implemented solutions.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and functional, operational, or business areas.
• Oversee the integration of applications, platforms, and services within the Azure ecosystem.
• Coordinate implementation, deployment, monitoring, and support activities for cloud solutions.
• Manage technical risks and establish mitigation plans.
• Promote the use of agile methodologies, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices.
• Drive process automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Evaluate new Azure technologies and services to optimize processes and technological capabilities.
• Oversee compliance with cybersecurity policies, IT governance, and operational continuity.
• Provide technical mentoring and support to team members.
• Participate in defining digital transformation and technological modernization strategies.

• Cloud resource governance and administration.
• Agile methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technological infrastructure, software development, solution architecture, or cloud services.
• Minimum 5 years in technical leadership or team coordination roles.
• Proven experience in implementation, migration, and operation projects of Microsoft Azure platforms.
• Experience in managing critical production environments and high-availability solutions.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing highly complex technological initiatives.
