Tech Lead / System Architect @ Pragmile

• experience as Tech Lead / Lead Dev / Tech Lead / System Architect,
• minimum 5 years of experience in designing and overseeing system architecture,
• very good knowledge of microservice architecture and distributed systems,
• practical knowledge of Azure cloud,
• knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices,
• experience in designing scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant solutions,
• experience in code review, mentoring, and technical team leadership,
• practical knowledge of API governance, DDD, and event-driven architecture,
• experience in enterprise projects,
• practical experience in AI Assisted Development and agentic SDLC.
