Job description
Tasks:
Planning and timely execution of technical reviews according to the annual schedule
Coordinating own work, technician's work, and subcontractors' work to maintain high service quality
Implementing modern market solutions and continuously raising the standards of provided services
Conducting ongoing communication with the property manager, owner, and tenants
Requirements:
Professional experience as a technical leader
Minimum secondary education
Current SEP electrical qualifications Group 1 up to 1 kV
High commitment, passion for work, and developed teamwork skills
