Regional Credit Implementation Leader

Objective of the position: To ensure the correct execution and implementation of the commercial strategy for Credit products, guaranteeing the adoption of processes, tools, and best practices that drive the achievement of objectives, business profitability, and an excellent experience for both employees and customers at the region's points of sale. Main responsibilities: Train and communicate strategies, processes, and products to work teams. Supervise the correct implementation of commercial initiatives in branches. Identify opportunities for improvement and specific needs of the territory and market. Design and drive strategies oriented towards productivity and profitability. Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Strengthen collaboration between business partners and teams from Territorial Networks, Directors, Regionals, and Advisors. Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational guidelines, and regulations. Manage and follow up on a network of more than 70 branches in the state of Chiapas. Required Profile: Academic background: Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Commercial areas, or related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years in field commercial or operational coordination positions. Experience as a Regional Manager, Commercial Supervisor, or Implementer. Management of operational or commercial improvement projects. Sales of financial and/or retail products. Customer service and development of business partners. Leadership and administration of multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge: Proficiency in operating and commercial systems SIE, SRCU, ADN, SAC, and Point of Sale. Use of banking systems and administrative processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Analysis and interpretation of KPIs. Operational planning and follow-up.
