Facility Manager (M/F)

Your responsibilities

• daily site inspections and verification of the operation of key equipment and installations;
• support for the Facility Technical Manager in coordinating the work of Technicians and subcontractors;
• maintaining the technical infrastructure of the property in full operational condition;
• planning the schedule of inspection works together with the supervisor;
• supervision over the work of subcontractors;
• management of facility documentation;
• optimization of operational and repair costs;
• building and maintaining business relationships with the client;
• current reporting.

Our requirements

• technical secondary education (preferred specializations: electrical, automation, HVAC, water supply and sewage);
• experience in technical building operation and planned inspection management (maintenance, repairs or modernizations, mainly electrical and electronic systems, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and sewage);
• good knowledge of one of the systems/installations: low/medium voltage electrical, HVAC and plumbing;
• practical computer skills (MS Office suite);
• qualities such as: effective time and work organization, independence, responsibility, accuracy.

Nice to have

• SEP qualifications G1, G2, G3.
