Tooling Leader (M/F)

Your tasks will include:

• Managing a team and coordinating operational processes in the Tooling area, including planning tasks, monitoring goal achievement, and ensuring effective resource utilization.

• Overseeing technical documentation and equipment located in the Tooling area, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and procedures.

• Creating, updating, and overseeing technical documentation for tools and molds used both in the Tooling area and production zone.

• Analyzing and optimizing tools to extend their lifespan, improve reliability, and reduce operational costs.

• Conducting failure analysis of tools and molds, initiating and implementing structural and technological modifications to eliminate root causes.

• Ensuring high-quality tools delivered for production, including quality control, validation, and continuous improvement of tooling solutions.

• Ongoing development of tools within available manufacturing technologies, encompassing both tool-making technologies and product manufacturing technologies (e.g., paper abrasive, drills, and other cutting tools).

• Implementing new technological solutions related to tools, including automation, innovative materials, and modern processing methods.

• Standardizing tool components to increase replicability, simplify maintenance, and optimize costs.

• Active participation and support in TTM and EC projects initiated and led by cooperation with the Swiss branch and the Goleniów plant, with special consideration for tool development and industrialization.
