- Supporting the Store Manager in daily duties, based on open communication and trust in decision-making
- Effective team management during shifts – with an emphasis on achieving sales and operational goals
- Working with merchandise and deliveries with attention to quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards – always a step ahead
- Maintaining and enforcing standards that directly translate into the quality and efficiency of work
- Supporting new employees with positive energy and openness – to infect them with motivation from day one

- Experience in team management and a desire to develop management skills
- Experience in retail and the ability to apply acquired knowledge in practice
- Ability to build positive relationships and motivate the team to act

What our recruitment process looks like?
1. Phone interview with the manager
This is a short conversation during which we will confirm your interest in participating in the recruitment, present the position, and discuss the further stages of the recruitment process.
2. Recruitment meeting with the manager
This is the final stage of recruitment, conducted by the Store Manager or Regional Sales Manager, during which the details of the position, expectations, working conditions, and your experience are discussed.
3. Feedback
After completing all stages, we will get back to you with feedback – regardless of the decision made. We care about every interaction with LPP being a positive experience, which is why you can always count on a clear and timely response (up to 2 weeks from the last stage).
