Fertigation Leader

What challenge do we have for you?

We are looking for a Fertigation Leader to join our Crop Management team.

What are the responsibilities?

- Lead the activities of applying vinasse and wastewater with the help of direct and indirect subordinates, seeking to maximize the utilization capacity of equipment, ensure application uniformity, comply with environmental application regulations, ensure perfect synchrony between production and the use of vinasse and wastewater;

- Lead the maintenance of vinasse distribution channels in perfect working condition;

- Distribute the amount of vinasse to be applied according to Agronomic Recommendation.

- Specify the location for irrigation, transport, and application, guiding the team, aiming to follow the irrigation plan from the beginning of the harvest.

- Manage a work team, training, evaluating, and adapting the personnel.

What are the requirements?

- Degree in Agricultural Technician, Agronomic Engineering, or related fields;

- Experience in Crop Management and people leadership.
