✨ JOB | Visual Merchandising Lead
Valinhos Shopping – Valinhos/SP
We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Lead to work in fashion retail, ensuring excellence in the customer experience and high team performance.
️ Responsibilities
• Execute the commercial strategy based on Visual Merchandising concepts;
• Disseminate fashion curation, suggesting ways to boost sales, respecting the brand's identity;
• Train, engage, and monitor the team, ensuring deliveries are aligned with the supervisor;
• Be the guardian of the stockroom, ensuring the back area reflects the point-of-sale standard.
Requirements
• Degree in progress desirable;
• Courses in VM, Marketing, Fashion, or Design;
• Experience with Visual Merchandising;
• Experience in fashion retail;
• Office Suite – basic level.
Job Information
• Salary: R$ 2,942.80
• ️ Meal Voucher: R$ 20.00/day
• ⏰ Schedule: 7 AM to 3 PM
• Scale: 5x2
