Learning and Development Lead

Your role will be:

Responsible for leading the training managers team at AbbVie Brazil, focusing on developing the hard skills of the commercial in-field team (IFT). This position will have a strategic role in designing, implementing, and monitoring development plans that support commercial excellence and drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and engage the training managers team;
• Develop the annual training plan for the affiliate, aligned with corporate objectives and pharmaceutical industry benchmarks;
• Achieve a strategic vision in developing field commercial leadership (IFT), promoting continuous learning and skills evolution;
• Establish partnerships and synergistic action with Human Resources and business areas, ensuring integration between trainings, talent development, and performance;
• Ensure mastery and implementation of modern sales and learning techniques to maximize the impact of training programs;
• Measure and report key indicators related to the effectiveness of trainings and team development.
• Manage investments and resources in the training area
