HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT LEADER

Job description

Objective: Establish strategies to guarantee the physical integrity of employees, equipment, and facilities, through compliance with current and applicable regulations for the operation, as well as promote a prevention culture.

Education: Environmental, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or similar (Graduated)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing companies.

Knowledge:

Management of occupational safety and health regulations, labor organization and health standards, sanitary regulation and good practices, and environmental and waste regulations.
Knowledge in detection of unsafe acts and conditions.
Knowledge in training brigades and integration of the Safety and Hygiene Committee.
Indispensable knowledge in fire protection system management.
Experience in procedures with SEMARNAT and CONAGUA.
Experience in managing a Quality Management System.
Ability to motivate and develop work teams.
Focus on efficiency and KPI fulfillment.
Ability to solve problems under pressure.
Supplier management.
Ability to analyze data and project scenarios.
