Job description
Objective: Establish strategies to guarantee the physical integrity of employees, equipment, and facilities, through compliance with current and applicable regulations for the operation, as well as promote a prevention culture.
Education: Environmental, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or similar (Graduated)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing companies.
Knowledge:
- Management of occupational safety and health regulations, labor organization and health standards, sanitary regulation and good practices, and environmental and waste regulations.
- Knowledge in detection of unsafe acts and conditions.
- Knowledge in training brigades and integration of the Safety and Hygiene Committee.
- Indispensable knowledge in fire protection system management.
- Experience in procedures with SEMARNAT and CONAGUA.
- Experience in managing a Quality Management System.
- Ability to motivate and develop work teams.
- Focus on efficiency and KPI fulfillment.
- Ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Supplier management.
- Ability to analyze data and project scenarios.
