Process Safety Manager (PSM) Leader At FRISA we are strengthening our Process Safety strategy and seeking a technical leader to lead the implementation and consolidate the Process Safety Management (PSM / ASP) system for all plants. This role is key to protecting our people, assets, and ensuring business continuity. Main responsibilities: Lead the implementation of the PSM / ASP program, aligned with best practices internationally, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive process safety management system that integrates risk assessment, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process safety improvements. Provide training and guidance to plant personnel on process safety principles and best practices. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with PSM / ASP requirements. Develop and implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues. Ensure effective communication and reporting of process safety performance metrics to stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in process safety. Provide technical support and guidance to plants on process safety matters. Participate in the development of process safety policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure that all plants have a comprehensive process safety management system in place, aligned with PSM / ASP requirements. Develop and implement a process safety training program for plant personnel. Conduct regular process safety performance metrics reporting to stakeholders. Provide technical support and guidance to plants on process safety matters. Participate in the development of process safety policies, procedures, and standards.
