Commercial Space and Other Assets Rental Leader

Objective of the position Design, structure, and execute the comprehensive marketing and rental strategy for commercial real estate portfolios and other assets, maximizing occupancy, profitability, and long-term value, under an analytical, disciplined, and results-oriented approach. Main responsibilities Design and implement the marketing and rental strategy aligned with the financial objectives of each asset. Lead the complete rental process: prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and property performance to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and operational plans. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as occupancy rates, rental income, and expense ratios. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Develop and manage budgets for marketing and rental activities. Provide guidance and support to junior team members. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and market trends to continuously improve the rental process and achieve business objectives. Key skills and qualifications Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales, or marketing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with CRM software and property management systems. Certification in Real Estate (e.g., CCIM, CPM) is an asset.
