Job description
We are looking for a professional with experience in SAP S/4HANA project management, working on complex initiatives involving Brazilian taxation, leading multidisciplinary teams, conducting implementation, evolution and support AMS (Application Management Services), ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to business needs. Activities: Planning, defining schedules, budgets and resource allocation, ensuring deliveries within the deadline and scope. Coordinating with stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring project progress, and controlling changes. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing tailored solutions. Providing guidance and support to team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Analyzing and interpreting complex data, identifying trends and patterns, and making informed decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements. Developing and maintaining project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and technical specifications. Providing training and support to end-users on new processes and systems. Ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting customer expectations, and achieving business objectives.
