Production Leader

Main Responsibilities: •Ensure that production targets are achieved, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. •Ensure that products are assembled according to standard operating procedures and technical specifications established. •Provide initial and continuous training for the assembly team members, aiming to improve their technical skills and knowledge of the process. •Lead the team, ensuring discipline, organization, and efficiency. •Act as a liaison with other departments, providing information and support as needed. •Monitor and control production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. •Develop and implement strategies to optimize production, reducing costs and improving quality. •Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment. •Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity within the team. •Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall performance. •Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely and relevant information for decision-making purposes. •Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
