As a leader of practice agility, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering value to clients through the implementation of agile methodologies. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of professionals in the development and implementation of agile methodologies for client projects. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. • Collaborate with other leaders to develop and implement strategies for business growth and development. • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation and growth. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science or engineering. • At least 5 years of experience in leading teams and implementing agile methodologies. • Strong understanding of agile principles and practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with project management tools and techniques, such as Jira or Asana.
