Digital Esportive Content Performance Leader

We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for bridging the gap between the client and the agency, ensuring that content and sports campaigns are delivered with high performance. The candidate must possess executive account skills, with a strong focus on results, performance measurement, and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational performance of digital esportive content campaigns, measuring agility, creativity, and productivity of the team.

• Monitor and optimize workflows and content delivery, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Build and manage work scales for the team, ensuring that demands are distributed efficiently.

• Develop performance reports and KPIs to continuously track projects and campaigns.

• Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact between the client and the agency, ensuring that expectations are met

• Implement continuous improvement processes, focusing on agility and work optimization.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and adjustments in campaigns, with a focus on increasing engagement and reach of digital esportive campaigns.

• Creatively present storytelling through data, developing impactful and persuasive presentations that contain convincing and strategic stories for clients, using metrics and results to inform decisions.
