Objective of the position

Ensure visual standardization and excellence at the point of sale through the technical execution of display guides, preventive maintenance of the image, and the transfer of operational skills to store personnel, to guarantee a standardized shopping experience and maximize the profitability of commercial spaces.


Responsibilities:

• Implement displays through the physical execution and installation of what is defined in manuals and regulatory guides in conjunction with store collaborators, integrating sales analysis to boost results and ensure that any adjustment on the sales floor prioritizes commercial strategy, category profitability, and display maintenance.

• Ensure optimal furniture density on the sales floor through constant space monitoring and coordination of immediate internal replenishment from the warehouse in C+ stores, guaranteeing that the display remains complete, organized, and without saturation to maximize customer availability and brand image.

• Execute in C+ stores and supervise the compliance of campaign setup, displays, fixtures, and new projects, ensuring display updates every 15 days to maintain a renewed image for the customer and guarantee compliance with guides, manuals, and the current campaign.

• Train the Store Manager and Sales Advisors by enabling operational exhibition skills and techniques (folding, profiling, styling, and cross-merchandising), providing practical accompaniment on the sales floor and implementing practical on-site training programs aligned with official Training Guides, to standardize the quality of daily arrangement and ensure the autonomy of the operational team.

• Verify the visual and functional conditions of the store in collaboration with the Store Manager through opening and closing walkthroughs, using display checklists to manage the repair of furniture, lighting, and graphics with the Maintenance and Setup departments, thus preserving the integrity of the image and customer safety.

• Manage the physical inventory of display assets (furniture and materials) and task compliance on the SIGO platform, validating consistency with the SIE system and addressing customer satisfaction alerts (Medallia), to ensure resource traceability and continuous service improvement.

• Analyze customer perception indicators reported on the ISA-Medallia platform regarding arrangement and order, identifying friction patterns and executing immediate corrections in displays and providing feedback to the Store Manager to increase satisfaction levels and facilitate navigation on the sales floor.

• Supervise and execute in C+ stores the application of brand conceptual guidelines with the support of store collaborators, interpreting the technical criteria of the guides in product arrangements and display projects to ensure a standardized visual identity that drives the achievement of commercial objectives.


Requirements:

• 2 years in the Retail sector performing Visual Merchandising or Window Dressing functions.

• Experience executing complex visual guides in large-format stores or Fast Fashion chains, ensuring brand standardization across multiple zones.


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
