Offshore Metal Structures Leader – Manufacturing

Location: Cádiz Area: Construction / Offshore Manufacturing Reports to: Site Manager / Project Manager We are looking for a Metal Structures Leader to direct, supervise and coordinate the construction activities of the steel discipline within our manufacturing plant located in Cadiz The selected person will be responsible for ensuring complete control over the construction process of HVAC platforms, safeguarding the quality of the final product, compliance with standards of safety and quality, and coordination with other departments. Key responsibilities include: • Design and implementation of structural solutions for offshore platforms • Coordination with engineering department to ensure compliance with design specifications • Supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards • Development of procedures and protocols for the construction process • Collaboration with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the offshore industry. Strong knowledge of steel structures, construction processes, and project management is required. Proficiency in CAD software and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
