Specification Leader
Position Objective:
Lead and execute the technical-commercial strategy for specialized construction products in Mexico and Central America, ensuring the specification of solutions in key projects and managing their development until commercial closure.
Functions:
- Develop relationships with architecture firms, engineering firms, consultancies, contractors, and government agencies to achieve product specification.
- Provide consulting and technical support in waterproofing systems, resin injection, and passive fire protection.
- Monitor the complete project cycle, from the design stage to execution.
- Work together with distributors and applicators to ensure sales closure and the correct implementation of solutions.
- Manage the project pipeline and generate sales forecasts using CRM.
Position Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Chemical, or related).
Minimum 5 years of experience in specialized construction products.
Experience in specification sales, Key Account Management (KAM), technical support, and construction supervision.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM (desirable) for reading plans, and CRM (Salesforce or similar).
Intermediate English is essential.
Valid driver's license.
Workplace: Mexico City and Toluca
