In this role, you will work directly in operations – where things happen. You will learn procedurally, understand processes on the ground, participate in location openings, guide personnel, and contribute to maintaining premium cleaning standards offered by Total Clean.

What you will do concretely

• You familiarize yourself with all operational processes in professional cleaning
• You offer support to the manager in organizing team activities
• You coordinate and motivate operators in daily activity
• You sustain training at new location openings
• You interact with clients and verify implementation of solutions on the ground
