Trainee Team Leader

About the position

In this role you will work directly in operations - where things happen. You will learn procedurally, you will understand the processes in the field, you will participate in the opening of locations, you will guide the staff and you will contribute to maintaining the premium cleaning standards offered by Total Clean.

It is a job for involved, active people, oriented towards quality and people.

What you will do concretely

• You familiarize yourself with all operational processes in professional cleaning
• You support the manager in organizing the activity of the teams
• You coordinate and motivate the operators in their daily activities
• You support training at the opening of new locations
• You interact with customers and check the implementation of solutions in the field
