Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Quincy, MA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30 hours of availability per week. What You’ll Do: * Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients. * Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. * Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice. * Participate in clinical supervision and training. Qualifications: * Must hold a current, valid license in Massachusetts (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist). * Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. * Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Commitment to ethical and professional standards of practice.
